| Instructions |
1. First clean the mold with dish soap, dry the water in the mold or blow dry with an air gun, and apply a layer of release agent or petroleum jelly 2. the AB component according to the weight ratio of 10:1 mix and stir evenly (the use of electronic scale is more accurate) 3. For customers who need to add silicone oil, first mix silica gel and silicone oil according to the ratio of 10:3 (the amount of silicone oil added according to the requirements of customers, it is not appropriate to add too much), mix and stir the silicone and silicone oil evenly, and add the curing agent B according to the ratio of silica gel 10:1. 4. the stirred silica gel is placed in the vacuum machine vacuum defoaming (no bubbles can be, the container of silicone does not need to be filled, so as not to overflow the silicone container when vacuuming) 5. after the vacuum is completed, the silicone is poured into the mold and wait for normal temperature or temperature curing (normal temperature time is 2-12 hours, heating 90℃-100℃ can be fully cured in 10 minutes). |
